Our Concept

The best way we can describe the experience you will have at The Wedding House is to tell you a little about the concept we had for our shop and how we carried it out.

We learned a lot when looking for Abi's wedding gown a few years before we opened. We found some shops didn't offer the magical experience we were hoping for, and that we believe every bride deserves.

When designing our shop we wanted to create a sophisticated but relaxed environment making brides feel special as soon as they walk through the door. We know how important it is for friends and family to be involved in choosing your dress so we created relaxed seating areas opposite our large fitting rooms which give an un-hurried feel to any appointment.

Another aspect to The Wedding House is the fact that we aren't just co-owners, we have been friends since childhood and share the same passion for offering excellent customer service. We make sure one of us is always here to look after you from your first visit right through to your wedding day.
